VPK – Virtual Park Kyoto

VPK – Virtual Park Kyoto is a web-based virtual exhibition and business matching platform launched in October 2020 by Kyoto Prefecture and Kyoto Sangyo 21 to support remote trade shows during the COVID-19 pandemic. Accessible directly through a web browser without special software, the system enables companies—particularly local SMEs—to host digital booths, showcase products, and conduct online business meetings in a 3D virtual venue. It debuted with the Kyoto Virtual Food Messe 2020, providing an intuitive and immersive alternative to physical exhibitions while expanding opportunities for promotion and B2B networking beyond geographical limitations.
