GiLGuL is a story-driven real-time tactical adventure game developed by Production Exabilities, released in 2025 for PC and Nintendo Switch. Set in a mysterious world between life and death, the game follows a young girl named Mao as she journeys through the “in-between” realm, encountering others struggling with their own reasons to live or die. The experience combines a narrative-rich adventure—with branching storylines and character interactions—with strategic real-time battles that require skillful coordination and decision-making. Skeleton Crew Studio provided development support, contributing to the overall production and helping bring the project to completion. Through this collaboration, the studio supported the delivery of a distinctive title that blends emotional storytelling with tactical gameplay.
