UNKNOWN ASIA is one of the largest international art fairs in the Kansai region, bringing together emerging artists, galleries, and creative professionals from across Asia. Skeleton Crew Studio, as one of the founding members of the event, has been deeply involved as a producer, contributing to the overall direction, planning, and execution of the fair. The studio plays a central role in shaping the event’s value and experience by overseeing concept development, exhibition design, and the structure of networking opportunities. In addition to overall production, Skeleton Crew Studio manages a wide range of responsibilities, including coordination with international exhibitors, collaboration with galleries, reviewers, sponsors, and media partners, as well as on-site operations and visitor experience design. By integrating creative direction with operational excellence, the studio supports the smooth execution of the event while enhancing its role as a key platform connecting Asia’s creative communities.
